Grilled Snapper Grecian-Style

  1. Place fish in large shallow dish.
  2. Cut zucchini lengthwise in half, then cut each piece crosswise in half.
  3. Arrange zucchini around fish.
  4. Pour dressing over fish and zucchini.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. to marinate.
  7. Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  8. Drain fish and zucchini; discard marinade.
  9. Grill fish and zucchini 5 to 6 min.
  10. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork and zucchini is crisp-tender.
  11. Serve over rice.
