Satay-Style Beef

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Trim and discard fat from steak; cut steak into thin strips.
  3. Place 1/4 of the steak strips in center of each sheet of foil; top evenly with snow peas.
  4. Mix teriyaki sauce, peanut butter and cornstarch until well blended; pour evenly over steak and vegetables.
  5. Bring up foil sides.
  6. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  7. Repeat to make 4 packets.
  8. Place packets on grill; cover grill with lid.
  9. Grill 10 to 14 minutes or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  10. Serve over rice.
