Satay-Style Beef
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 4 sheets (12x18 inch each) aluminum foil
- 2 cups fresh snow peas
- 1/3 cup lite teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 cups cooked MINUTE Premium White Rice
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Trim and discard fat from steak; cut steak into thin strips.
- Place 1/4 of the steak strips in center of each sheet of foil; top evenly with snow peas.
- Mix teriyaki sauce, peanut butter and cornstarch until well blended; pour evenly over steak and vegetables.
- Bring up foil sides.
- Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Repeat to make 4 packets.
- Place packets on grill; cover grill with lid.
- Grill 10 to 14 minutes or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve over rice.
