Simple and Light Chicken Piccata for Dieters

  1. Cut the chicken at an angle into bite-sized pieces and lightly strike each piece with the back of the knife.
  2. Season thoroughly with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each piece with flour and dip them in beaten egg.
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until one side has crisply browned.
  5. Flip them over and lower the heat to low before covering the pan with the lid.
  6. Once they have been cooked through to the centers, you're done!
  7. Arrange them on a dish and they're done.
  8. Top with ketchup or mustard if you like and enjoy.
