Simple and Light Chicken Piccata for Dieters
- 300 grams Chicken breast
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Cut the chicken at an angle into bite-sized pieces and lightly strike each piece with the back of the knife.
- Season thoroughly with salt and pepper.
- Coat each piece with flour and dip them in beaten egg.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until one side has crisply browned.
- Flip them over and lower the heat to low before covering the pan with the lid.
- Once they have been cooked through to the centers, you're done!
- Arrange them on a dish and they're done.
- Top with ketchup or mustard if you like and enjoy.
