Toblerone Florentines

  1. Combine butter, sugar & honey in a small saucepan on medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Combine the cornflakes, almonds, sultanas, cherries & flour in a large bowl.
  3. Add the butter mix and combine well.
  4. Place tablespoons of mix on lined baking tray.
  5. Bake at 180C for 8 minutes, allow to cool on the tray.
  6. Drizzle or spread the cooled biscuits with melted Toblerone.
