Cindy's Chocolate Frosting

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 12 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix brown sugar and cream in saucepan, boil for 1 minute over medium heat.
2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla.
3. Continue to stir until it is the spreading consistency you want.
