Pack in Your Bento Hanpen & Aonori Tamagoyaki (Rolled Omelette)
- 2 Egg
- 1/4 Hanpen
- 1 tsp Aonori
- 1 tbsp Boiling water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules
- Dissolve the ingredients marked in boiling water.
- Add the eggs and aonori, and mix.
- Don't whisk while mixing, instead move your chopsticks from side to side, with the chopsticks touching the bottom of the bowl.
- This will prevent bubbles from forming.
- Cut hanpen into small cubes and add.
- Mix well.
- Heat up the pan and spread generously with oil.
- Don't worry if you can't roll it up well.
- Put it on a bamboo sushi rolling mat while it's hot and roll it up to neaten.
