Raspberry Crush
- 3 raspberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 ounces chilled, strong green tea
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- Ice
- 2 ounces chilled club soda
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 of the raspberries with the sugar.
- Add the tea, lime juice and ice; shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass over ice, top with the soda and garnish with the remaining raspberry.
