Lemon and Butter Fried fish
- 800 grams white fish fillet ,any you have
- 150 grams salted butter
- 1 lemon,use both juice and zest
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1/3 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 nonstick pan
- 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Fish fillet of your choice ,fry it whole piece or cut to bite size ,seasoning with salt and pepper ,flour lighty
- Heat nonstick pan on medium ,add olive oil ,when it hot add pieces of fish ,let it turn brown on one side ,then flip it or toss the pan to flip ,brown another side
- Add salted butter ,add lemon zest ,squeeze lemon juice ,add parsley ,toss the pan to mix all well ,serve hot with my vodka sauce and some side salad :)
