Toast & Creamy Pistachio dessert
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rose water
- 1/2 tbsp Orange blossom water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 10 piece Toasted Toast
- 1 Garnish with Pistachios
- Arrange toasts in a 23x30 cm Pyrex pan.
- In a sauce pan add sugar, water and stir till boiling point, when boils add lemon juice.
- Stir for 2 minutes then turn off heat and pour over toasts.
- Keep aside.
- In another sauce pan add milk, heavy cream, cornstarch, sugar stir till mixture becomes thick creamy.
- Turn off heat and add rose water & orange blossom water, pour on top of toasts.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios.
- Serve cold.
