Devon Cream-Yogurt

• 1 6-ounce jar English Devon cream, available in many specialty food shops and some supermarkets
• 1/4 cup plain, unflavored yogurt
• 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to mix.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
