Devon Cream-Yogurt
- 1 6-ounce jar English Devon cream, available in many specialty food shops and some supermarkets
- 1/4 cup plain, unflavored yogurt
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
