VELVEETA Spicy Bacon and Spinach Sliders

  1. Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix meat, spinach, bacon, garlic powder and 2 Tbsp.
  3. tomatoes just until blended; shape into 12 (2-inch) meatballs.
  4. Press 1 Velveeta cube into centre of each meatball, completely enclosing Velveeta.
  5. Flatten each into (2-1/2-inch) patty.
  6. Grill 5 min.
  7. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  8. Meanwhile, microwave remaining Velveeta and tomatoes in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min.
  9. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.
  10. Fill buns with burgers.
  11. Serve with Velveeta sauce.
