Bad Breath Pasta
- 8 ounces, fluid Dry Spaghetti Or Angel Hair Noodles (white Or Wheat)
- 4 whole Italian Sausages (mild, Medium, Or Hot)
- 2 heads Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Coarse Salt
- Olive Oil
- Pepper
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- Start by making the roasted garlic:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut the tops off of your garlic head(s) so that you expose the cloves within.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the head(s) in a piece of aluminum foil or put them in a pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- When it is done, squeeze the garlic head and the cloves will pop out.
- While the garlic is baking, prepare the spaghetti or angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Add the salt to the water for flavor.
- Remove the casings from the sausages.
- Break up the meat into pieces and brown in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil.
- When the pasta is done, drain the water.
- Then throw the butter in with the noodles so it melts.
- Add the sausages and the roasted garlic cloves.
- Add more olive oil, salt, pepper, and top with lots of shaved Parmesan cheese.
