Cranberry and Apple Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 325F Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add celery and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until softened.
  3. Stir in next 5 ingredients and orange peel.
  4. Place bread cubes in large bowl.
  5. Add celery mixture and broth; toss gently until well mixed.
  6. Spoon into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
  7. Bake 35-40 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
