Spiced Pita Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cut pitas into 1/8's.
  3. In a large bowl combine olive oil and spices.
  4. Add pita wedges and toss to coat.
  5. (I like to use my large spatula to get every last drop to spread on any "dry" spot).
  6. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
  7. Flip once half way through cooking then continue until chips are brown and crisp.
  8. Cool completely before serving.
