Healthy Yummy Banana Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients, and sift.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients, and incorperate into the dry mixture.
  3. The batter is thick.
  4. Place in a 8 1/2 x 4 loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool before cutting.
