Mediterranean Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until tender.
  2. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. Combine pasta, tomatoes, artichokes, salami, bocconcini, dressing and parsley in a large bowl.
  4. Arrange salad onto serving plates and top with pinenuts.
  5. Serve.
