Cheese Cake

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Mix cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.
  3. Mix with butter.
  4. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan, leave enough to sprinkle the top with.
  5. Put pineapple in 2-quart kettle, let come to a boil, then put in lemon Jell-O and let cool.
  6. Let canned milk chill in fridge all night.
  7. Put cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in bowl and mix together real good.
  8. Then whip 2 cans of cooled milk with electric mixer until it whips up.
  9. Put Jell-O, pineapple, cream cheese and sugar in and whip all up real well and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with extra cracker crumbs.
  10. Let chill for 2 to 3 hours.
