Bhel Puri

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  2. Divide into 4 equal portions and garnish each portion with the papadis, sev and coriander.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Tips Nylon sev is a very thin variety of deep fried besan sev used as a topping for chaats.
  5. It is readily available at most provision stores.
  6. Note
  7. If you want you can roast puff rice (it is optional).I do and always get a delicious flavour.
  8. For roast you have to hot a pan n just roast it for 5min only without using oil.
