Grilled Maple Salmon
- 4 whole Salmon Fillets (4 Oz Each)
- 13 cups Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 13 cups Orange Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

- In a bowl whisk the maple syrup, soy sauce, orange juice, ginger, cayenne, and garlic powder.
- Then pour the marinade into a baking dish, place salmon in the marinade, and refrigerate covered for 20-30 minutes.

- Brush a grill pan with olive oil and heat over medium high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with a pinch of salt (not too much since your using soy in the marinade) and pepper, then grill 4 minutes per side.

- In a saucepan, bring the leftover marinade to a boil, then turn heat down to low.
- While salmon is cooking baste with the leftover marinade.
