Grilled Maple Salmon

  2. In a bowl whisk the maple syrup, soy sauce, orange juice, ginger, cayenne, and garlic powder.
  3. Then pour the marinade into a baking dish, place salmon in the marinade, and refrigerate covered for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Brush a grill pan with olive oil and heat over medium high heat.
  6. Season salmon fillets with a pinch of salt (not too much since your using soy in the marinade) and pepper, then grill 4 minutes per side.

  8. In a saucepan, bring the leftover marinade to a boil, then turn heat down to low.
  9. While salmon is cooking baste with the leftover marinade.
