Blueberry Grape Congealed Salad Recipe
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 sm. pkg. concord grape Jello
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Add in Jello to boiling water.
- Mix well.
- Add in pie filling, mix well.
- Add in pineapple and mix well.
- Refrigerateovernight.
- Cream lowfat sour cream and cream cheese.
- Add in sugar, vanilla and mix well.
- Spread on top of Jello mix.
- Top with minced nuts.
