Nopales Chicken in Green Salsa

  1. Heat heavy extra-large skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, in batches; cook 3 min.
  3. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add cactus to skillet; cook and stir 3 min.
  6. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Stir in salsa; bring to boil.
  8. Add chicken; simmer on medium-low heat 30 min.
  9. or until done (165 degrees F).
  10. Remove from heat; stir in bacon and cilantro.
  11. Serve topped with sour cream.
