ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE FROSTING

  1. Melt the chocolate and place it into the mixing bowl.
  2. Add the warm water to the chocolate and beat them until combined perfectly.
  3. Add butter and sugar.
  4. Beat until mixed well.
  5. Add corn syrup.
  6. The purpose of corn syrup here is to make the frosting looks glossy.
  7. Beat until the frosting thicken.
  8. Use immediately.
  9. This frosting will not remains its glossy look if you store it in the fridge and beat it again.
