Nana Pam's Belgium Biscuits

  1. Cream butter an sugar.
  2. Add egg and syrup.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Add flour and other mixed dry ingredients.
  5. Roll out thinly and cut into rounds.
  6. Bake in moderate oven (160 degrees c) for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Join 2 biscuits together with raspberry jam.
  8. Ice with white icing and sprinkle with raspberry jelly crystals.
