Tuna Rice Pie Recipe
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 can tuna
- 1 c. shredded Swiss or possibly Cheddar cheese
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Make a shell with rice in pie pan.
- Layer tuna and then cheese over rice.
- Blend Large eggs, mayonnaise, and lowfat milk together and pour slowly over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 40 min till knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
- Let set for a few min before serving.
