Michael Chiarello's Fresh Fruit Smoothie
- 12 cup soymilk (or other milk)
- 12 cup white grape juice
- 1 cup strawberry, stemmed
- 12 cup pineapple chunk
- 12 lemon, juice of (for tartness if desired) (optional)
- 14 teaspoon vitamin C powder (1 capsule)
- 1 pinch salt
- 14 cup fresh seedless grapes
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If you'd like an iced smoothie, blend and then add ice to desired consistency.
