Peachy Jello Squares Recipe

  1. Combine crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and butter; press firmly into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Refrigerate15 min.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1/4 c. sugar; gradually beat in lowfat milk.
  4. Mix in Cold Whip and spread proportionately over crumb crust.
  5. Top with peaches.
  6. Chill.
  7. Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
  8. Combine water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 c.. Add in to gelatin, stirring till slightly thick.
  9. Remove unmelted ice.
  10. Gently spoon over peaches.
  11. Refrigeratetill hard (about 3 hrs).
  12. To serve cut into squares.
  13. Makes 12 servings.
