Apricot Rice (Toddler/Baby)
- 14 cup brown rice
- 12 cup water
- 1 apricot
- Combine the rice with 1/2 cup water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; then simmer for 20 minutes, or until all liquid has been absorbed.
- Wash the apricot well.
- Peel it, remove the pit, and chop into small pieces.
- Combine the rice and apricot in a food process or or blender.
- Pulse to desired consistency.
- If making a thin mixture, puree until smooth.
- Add breastmilk or formila as needed to make the mixture creamer.
