Super Easy Carnitas

  1. add all ingredients to a large stock pot, use enough stock to cover the meat
  2. bring to boil, then simmer 2 hours until beef falls apart
  3. remove the beef and shred with a fork
  4. drizzle shredded beef with stock juices until desired moistness achieved, salt and pepper to taste
  5. * remaining stock juices can be frozen for future use as soup base
