Pork Burgers

  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. In a bowl combine pork, onions, peppers, garlic, Creole mustard, and Creole spice.
  3. Form four equal patties, press them, about 1/2-inch thick.
  4. Place on the grill or under the broiler and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
  5. Toss the bun on the grill or under the broiler to toast it.
  6. Assemble the sandwich with the onions and cheese.
  7. Garnish with a handful of potato chips.
  8. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  9. Yield: 2/3 cup
