Peachy Pistachio Parfaits

  1. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk and yogurt.
  2. Refrigerate.
  3. Reserve 4 peach slices; chop remaining peaches.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons on bottom of each parfait glass.
  5. Top with prepared pudding mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with wheat germ; garnish each with reserved peach slice.
