Peachy Pistachio Parfaits
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (8 oz.) BREYERS Lowfat Yogurt
- 1 (16 oz.) peaches
- 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk and yogurt.
- Refrigerate.
- Reserve 4 peach slices; chop remaining peaches.
- Place about 2 tablespoons on bottom of each parfait glass.
- Top with prepared pudding mixture.
- Sprinkle with wheat germ; garnish each with reserved peach slice.
