Pistachio-Grand Marnier Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Oil 12 cup bundt pan.
  3. Combine all cake ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Beat (with mixer) for 3 minutes.
  5. Spoon into pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
  7. Cool 15 minutes!
  8. Remove from pan.
  9. Cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
