Stuffed Mushrooms Wtih Sausage
- bite sized mushroom
- 1 lb sausage
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 dash garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Wash, drain, remove stems of mushrooms.
- Cook sausage, cut into pieces (drain if necessary).
- Add cheese, catsup, and garlic powder to sausage-stir until cheese is melted.
- Stuff mushrooms.
- Bake until mushrooms are soft.
