Hot Toddy

• 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) Kentucky bourbon
• boiling water

1. Mix honey, lemon juice and bourbon in a mug.
2. Fill mug with boiling water.
3. Cool slightly.
4. Drink.
