Fried Fish Tacos
- 2 pieces of your choice of fish fillet
- 1 cup Andy's Fish breading (or your choice of breading)
- 1 lemon pepper seasoning to taste
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tortilla shells
- 2 cup cooking oil (I use canola)
- 1 Your favorite taco toppings
- Heat cooking oil to 400
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix egg and milk and set aside
- Season fish with lemon pepper to taste and coat with egg mixture
- Then coat with breading
- Fry fish until golden and flaky
- Once fish is done, remove from oil and drain on a paper towel
- Heat tortilla shells for 5 minutes
- *My fillets were quite large so I cut them in half*
- Place fish in tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings
