Tinklee's Butterscotch Fudge

  1. prepare an 9x9 pan with foil that has been buttered
  2. melt chips and all ingredients together till they are smooth, you can use a microwave ( 30sec then stir repeat till until done, or over a double boiler)
  3. pour into prepared pan, put into the refrigerator till set, about 2hrs,
  4. remove from pan, cut into squares, store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks

butterscotch chips, condensed milk, butter, vanilla, salt
