Tinklee's Butterscotch Fudge
- 3 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- prepare an 9x9 pan with foil that has been buttered
- melt chips and all ingredients together till they are smooth, you can use a microwave ( 30sec then stir repeat till until done, or over a double boiler)
- pour into prepared pan, put into the refrigerator till set, about 2hrs,
- remove from pan, cut into squares, store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
