Cranberry Chutney

  1. saute the onion in the olive oil.
  2. when they are golden brown, add the garlic and saute for another 2 minutes-ish.
  3. Don't let it burn!
  4. It doesn't taste good then and you'll have to start over.
  5. Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer until thick.
  6. You can store it in your fridge for a few weeks or in your freezer for a few months.
