Balsamic Popcorn
- 13 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 stick Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Popping Corn
- Heat the balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over a low heat.
- Simmer for about five minutes, or until reduced by half.
- Add the stick of butter and stir until melted.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan (make sure the oil covers the base of the saucepan).
- Add the popping corn, put the lid on, and wait... and wait... and wait... when the popping starts, give the saucepan a shake every minute or so.
- When the popping has slowed right down, remove from heat and transfer the popcorn to the biggest bowl you own.
- Pour the balsamic buttery goodness over the top, toss using large salad servers or equivalent, and serve.
- Have some paper towel handy for sticky fingers!
