Mighty Tasty Macaroons

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In medium bowl,combine coconut, splenda, flour and salt using a wooden spoon.
  4. Stir in egg whites and extracts until blended.
  5. Drop in tablespoon size portions on prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Move parchmant paper to cooling rack and cool.
