Chacareros Chilean Sandwich
- 4 bolillos, partially split
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak (1/2 inch thick), cut into 4 pieces Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 2 cups cut-up fresh green beans (1 inch lengths)
- 1 onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Spread bottom halves of rolls with mayo; set aside.
- Season meat with pepper.
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; cook 3 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Heat remaining dressing in same skillet on medium heat.
- Add beans and onions; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Fill rolls with steaks, bean mixture and tomatoes.
