Chacareros Chilean Sandwich

  1. Spread bottom halves of rolls with mayo; set aside.
  2. Season meat with pepper.
  3. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  4. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add meat; cook 3 min.
  6. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  7. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Heat remaining dressing in same skillet on medium heat.
  9. Add beans and onions; cook and stir 4 min.
  10. or until crisp-tender.
  11. Fill rolls with steaks, bean mixture and tomatoes.
