Seafood Chowder Recipe
- 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/4 c. fresh onions, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 lg. clove garlic
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 30 ounce. seafood (prawns, scallops, sole - or possibly whatever you like)
- Brown onions, mushrooms in garlic and butter till tender.
- Add in soups.
- Slowly add in wine and water.
- Add in seafood and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 10 min.
- Better if made and then reheated.
