Tomato-Herb Fish Fillets

  1. Combine tomatoes, basil, dill, Parmesan and 1/4 a teaspoon garlic pepper in a small bowl; mix well, set aside.
  2. Place fish fillets in a large non-stick skillet.
  3. Add 1/4 cup water.
  4. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper over the fish.
  5. Heat until water bubbles.
  6. Cover; reduce heat to medium.
  7. Cook 3 minutes.
  8. Remove cover; drain excess liquid.
  9. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over fillets; cover and cook 3-7 minutes or until thickest part of fish flakes with a fork.
