Six Layer Mexican Dip Recipe

  1. Peel, seed and mash avocados.
  2. Stir in next four ingredients.
  3. Spread proportionately in 12"x8"x2" pan.
  4. Carefully spread lowfat sour cream over avocado mix.
  5. Drain salsa well.
  6. Spoon over lowfat sour cream.
  7. Top with layers of olives and tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Serve with large corn chips.
