Six Layer Mexican Dip Recipe
- 2 lg. avocados
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 16 ounce. jar warm chunky salsa
- 3/4 c. ripe olives, minced
- 3 c. tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- Peel, seed and mash avocados.
- Stir in next four ingredients.
- Spread proportionately in 12"x8"x2" pan.
- Carefully spread lowfat sour cream over avocado mix.
- Drain salsa well.
- Spoon over lowfat sour cream.
- Top with layers of olives and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve with large corn chips.
