Marinated Vegetables
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 bag baby carrots
- 1 small onion (in rings) (optional)
- 34 cup canola oil
- 34 cup vinegar
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds (optional)
- 12 cup sugar
- yellow squash or zucchini
- fresh mushrooms
- cucumber
- Break or cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix in a large bowl.
- Dressing: Mix and pour over vegetables.
- Let stand overnight.
- will keep two weeks in refrigerator.
