Grannies fluffy pudding
- 170 grams Can evaporated milk
- 135 grams raspberry jelly (jello)
- 120 ml boiling water
- Melt jelly in water
- Whisk evaporated milk until frothy
- Drizzle in jelly mixture to milk whisking continuously
- Mix well and chill in serving dishes (you may get some juice settled at the bottom).
- Serve with raspberries on top and perhaps cream if you fancy.
- Enjoy xxx
