Sesame-Ginger Shrimp & Green Beans

  1. For each serving: Heat 1/2 Tbsp.
  2. (7 mL) dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add 2 oz.
  4. (60 g) beans, 1/2 Tbsp.
  5. (7 mL) ginger and a scant 1/2 tsp.
  6. (2 mL) garlic; stir-fry 2 min.
  7. Stir in 4 oz.
  8. (115 g) shrimp, 1 Tbsp.
  9. (15 mL) water and 1/2 Tbsp.
  10. (7 mL) dressing; stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
  11. or until shrimp turn pink.
  12. Spoon over 1 cup (250 mL) hot cooked rice.
  13. Top with 3/4 tsp.
  14. (3 mL) sesame seed.
