Hearty Chicken Soup

  1. Chop onion into small pieces.
  2. Slice celery and peeled carrots into 1/4 inch slices.
  3. Add soup base to large pot filled 3/4 of the way up with water.
  4. Add chicken and onion to large pot and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining vegetables.
  6. Add remaining spices.
  7. After one hour, reduce heat to low until finished.
  8. Cook egg noodles in medium pot.
  9. Serve soup over egg noodles.
