Banana Crumb Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. Combine bananas, sugar, egg and butter; mix well.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  4. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three fourths full.
  5. Combine the first three topping ingredients; cut in butter until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle over muffins.
  7. Bake at 375F for 18-20 minutes or until muffins test done.
  8. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
