Chocolate Mocha Knickerbocker Glory

• 2 cups milk
• 4 tablespoons coffee and chicory essence
• 8 scoops chocolate ice cream
• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
• whipped cream, to serve
• flake chocolate, to serve

1. Chill 4 glasses in the freezer.
2. Place milk and essence in a blender and blend until frothy.
3. Layer 2 scoops of ice-cream in each glass, pour milk mixture over ice cream & top with whipped cream add a Flake and serve immediately.
