Vanilla & Spice Carrots
- 3 CARROTS, SLICED
- 1 tbsp. BUTTER
- 2 tbsp. SORGHUM
- 2 tbsp. WATER
- 1-1/2 tsp. VANILLA
- 1-1/2 tsp. CINNAMON
- SAUTEE CARROTS IN BUTTER FOR 2 MINUTES.
- MIX TOGETHER REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER CARROTS.
- STIR AND SIMMER ON LOW HEAT FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES UNTIL CARROTS ARE SLIGHTLY TENDER.
