  2. MIX TOGETHER REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER CARROTS.
  3. STIR AND SIMMER ON LOW HEAT FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES UNTIL CARROTS ARE SLIGHTLY TENDER.
