Buttercream Eggs Recipe
- 2 lb Confectioner's Sugar
- 1/4 lb Butter Or possibly Margarine -- Softened
- 1 x -8 Ounce Pkg. Cream Cheese -- Softened
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 8 x -1 Ounce Squares Baking Chocolate
- 1/3 x Slab Paraffin Wax
- Cream butter and cheese, add in sugar ( slowly) and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Form into egg shape by hand and refrigerateovernight.
- Dip in Chocolate Coating.
- Coating: In a double boiler, heat together the chocolate squares and wax, cold slightly before dipping Large eggs.
